Peel City Sour

A crisp and tart sour conditioned on mango, tangerine, and Cara Cara orange, with a subtle touch of sea salt to round and lift the citrus. Light-bodied, vibrant, and crushable at 5.8% ABV, this is a sun-soaked, peel-packed sour built for easy drinking in the Steel City.
A lush double IPA built on Citra and Cascade Cryo, then saturated with heavy dry hop additions of Cryo Mosaic and Cryo Simcoe. Expect layers of ripe citrus, mango, and stone fruit with flashes of resinous pine and dank aromatics. Soft on the palate with a balanced bitterness and medium dry finish.
